Dual Studio is made by an independent developer based in New South Wales, Australia.

The app

Dual Studio is an iOS camera app for capturing photos with two iPhone cameras at the same time.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Dual Studio on iPhones you own or control. Your use is also subject to Apple's standard App Store EULA.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can manage and cancel any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It is non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's refund policy.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
• Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be notified in line with Apple's rules and given the option to opt out before any increase takes effect.

Your content

Photos and videos you capture with Dual Studio belong to you. We claim no ownership of your captures. We have no access to them and do not store them.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Dual Studio to capture content of people without their consent where that consent is legally required.
• Don't use the app for illegal purposes.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or available at all times. We are not liable for lost photos, missed moments, or device issues arising from your use of the app.
